Burlesque icon Dita Von Teese, 51, has once again captivated her audience, baring it all in a sizzling photoshoot to promote her latest Von Follies collection. The sultry star showcased her age-defying beauty in crystal-encrusted blue lingerie and sheer stockings, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the new line.
Taking the art of seduction a step further, Von Teese stripped down to just her signature black hair and bold red lipstick to unveil her Scandalwood perfume. Described as offering users “love and healing,” the fragrance is set to add a touch of allure to her already enchanting repertoire.
In addition to her sultry photoshoot, Dita Von Teese is gearing up for a grand return to the stage next year with her Dita Las Vegas revue at Sin City’s Horseshoe Hotel. The lavish show pays homage to Jubilee, one of Vegas’ iconic showgirl revues that graced the entertainment scene from 1981 to 2016.
The ageless beauty, known for her timeless appeal, shared her secrets to staying youthful. “To be fair, my 92-year-old grandmother is very youthful, so there are some good genes there, but I do my best to take care of myself,” she revealed. “I exercise and try to sleep well. I take care of my skin and use sunscreen. I don’t smoke cigarettes, and I never drink more than two glasses of alcohol. A lot of it is common sense.”
Reflecting on the essence of burlesque, Dita emphasized its inclusive and body-positive nature. “One of the things I love about burlesque is that it has always been inclusive and body-positive. And it isn’t striptease under the male gaze. Most of the people that go to the burlesque show are women or men who are the partners of the women who have decided to come,” she stated, highlighting the empowering and diverse appeal of the art form.
