Leonardo DiCaprio and Gigi Hadid are reportedly spending time together and enjoying each other’s company, according to a source. The actor, 48, and the model, 28, were seen getting “flirty” with each other during the July 4th weekend in the Hamptons. “They were with separate groups of people but partied together for two nights. They were flirty and Gigi looked happy,” the source revealed to PEOPLE.
“It’s pretty obvious that they are seeing each other. Maybe not exclusively, but they are definitely dating,” the source adds. “It’s just always very predictable: Leo shows up to parties first, then Gigi second. It’s like a game.”
The source also notes that inside the parties, “there is subtle touching and lots of flirting” when “they are able to be more private.” And Hadid always “stays by his side.”
While they have been seen together on several occasions, an insider close to the Model has described the relationship as more of a flirtatious connection,” and that Gigi is “single and enjoying the summer.”
“She sees Leo when they are in the same place. She has fun with him”. said the insider. “She likes the attention.”
“She isn’t stupid though. She doesn’t believe it’s going to lead anywhere,” added the insider. “As long as he is respectful and doesn’t cause her any drama, she will continue to see him when she can.”
Though Representatives for both DiCaprio and Hadid have yet to comment on the matter.
The pair first sparked dating rumors when they were seen together at a New York Fashion Week afterparty in September. While their romance seemed to have fizzled in February, they were later spotted together at a pre-Oscars party in March, indicating a possible rekindling. In June, they were seen together in London, with a source sharing that Hadid meets up with DiCaprio “meets up with Leo when she can,” but a relationship with the Titanic actor is unlikely to become “serious.”
