Moore’s affinity for Greece is not new, as she has chosen the country as her holiday destination multiple times. In 2022, she shared photos from a Greek-flagged yacht, and in 2021, she explored Athens, Santorini, and Crete, even becoming a godmother at a baptism on the latter island.

“Maestro in Blue,” the groundbreaking Greek television series, has garnered international acclaim and is available on Netflix. Created by Papakaliatis, who also stars in the series, it represents the first-ever exclusive worldwide distribution deal for a Greek scripted television series on Netflix. The show’s global launch took place on Friday, March 17th, 2023.

Set on the picturesque Greek island of Paxos, the series follows the journey of Orestis, played by Papakaliatis, a musician who arrives during the COVID-19 pandemic to organize a music festival. The narrative unfolds against the backdrop of a small island community, delving into passionate love stories and the societal challenges faced by its inhabitants.

Papakaliatis, reflecting on the series in September 2022, expressed his pride in the project, describing it as a unique artistic achievement. “Maestro” not only showcases the beauty of Greece but also captures the essence of human connection and storytelling on a global scale.
