Athens, Greece – The Environment and Energy Ministry has given the green light to Project Voria, a groundbreaking entertainment and hospitality venture set to transform the landscape of Maroussi in northern Athens.
With the approval of the environmental impact study, Project Voria, spearheaded by North Star Entertainment, marks a significant milestone as the first strategic investment in Athens’ northern suburbs in years.
“This project represents a major step forward for the region and for the city as a whole,” stated a representative from the Environment and Energy Ministry.
Valued at 250 million euros, Project Voria is poised to redefine luxury entertainment with plans for a five-star hotel, state-of-the-art event spaces, diverse dining options, and an exclusive casino.
“The approval of the environmental impact study signals the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Maroussi and the surrounding area,” added the ministry spokesperson.
As the project moves into its final phase, obtaining building permits will pave the way for construction to commence, promising economic growth and job opportunities for the community while establishing Athens’ northern suburbs as a premier destination for entertainment and hospitality.
