In a candid message, Tyla revealed, “For the past year, I’ve been silently suffering with an injury that has tragically worsened.” Although she didn’t specify the nature of the injury, she expressed the severity of the situation and the increasing agony she has endured. Despite her success over the past year, including a Grammy Award for Best African Music Performance, the injury has forced her to make the difficult decision to prioritize her health.
While expressing her frustration at this pivotal point in her career, Tyla assured her fans that she and her team are working diligently to create a spectacular show once she has recovered. The Johannesburg native acknowledged the disappointment felt by her fans, especially those who secured tickets for the upcoming tour.
