Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s wife, has once again shocked onlookers with her daring fashion choices, but don’t expect her to be cuffed anytime soon. Despite flaunting her assets in a nearly topless outfit, legal loopholes mean Bianca’s barely-there look won’t land her in jail, The U.S. Sun can reveal.
The 29-year-old was spotted leaving a tanning salon in West Hollywood, wearing a completely see-through top and tan underwear, turning heads and raising eyebrows. Paired with a baseball cap and heels, Bianca confidently strutted to her car, unfazed by the attention.
Rumors are swirling that her risqué style could get her banned from some of LA’s hotspots. Attorney Neama Rahmani, President of West Coast Trial Lawyers, explained, “Under California law, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail. But exposing one’s breasts is generally not considered indecent exposure. This is to protect women who are breastfeeding or exposing their breasts for non-sexual reasons. Given these protections, it’s unlikely that Censori will be arrested or prosecuted.”
However, Rahmani added, “There are non-legal ramifications of Censori’s conduct. Her clothing, or lack thereof, has received a lot of attention, mostly negative. Of course, Censori may be doing it entirely for the attention.”
Just days earlier, Bianca was photographed leaving the Chateau Marmont in another revealing ensemble, flaunting her figure in a tan thong and a white top that left little to the imagination. Despite the hotel’s business casual dress code for its restaurant, hotel guests like Bianca seemingly have more leeway.
A California law does allow for toplessness in public areas unless deemed lewd or offensive, but local ordinances could impose additional restrictions. “California cities and counties could potentially impose additional restrictions on toplessness, but those laws could be challenged as gender-based restrictions,” Rahmani noted.
Bianca’s eye-catching outfits have sparked concern among friends and family, with some alleging that Kanye has been dictating her wardrobe choices. Critics on social media have voiced their disapproval, with one user commenting, “You have daughters. You teaching them to be submissive sex pets?”
Despite the backlash, Kanye and Bianca continue to make headlines with their controversial fashion statements. The couple, who married in December 2022, seem unbothered by public opinion as they live life on their own terms.
