Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused the rapper of sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, and wrongful termination.
In her legal filing, Pisciotta, a former OnlyFans model, alleges that Kanye sent her a series of vulgar texts before abruptly firing her. Pisciotta began working for the rapper in July 2021 while he was developing his fashion line. According to TMZ, she also collaborated with him on three tracks for his album Donda.
The legal complaint details how Kanye approached Pisciotta a year into her employment, asking her to be “God-like” and delete her OnlyFans account, promising a $1 million annual salary if she complied. Pisciotta agreed, but soon after, the situation took a disturbing turn.
According to the lawsuit, Kanye began sending Pisciotta inappropriate and explicit texts describing his sexual fantasies. She claims he would perform sexual acts while on the phone with her, asking if she could hear him or urging her to guess what he was doing. Additionally, Kanye allegedly fixated on the penis size of Pisciotta’s boyfriends and sent her a barrage of sexual videos and photos, including at least two clips of himself having sex with a model.
Despite the harassment, Kanye promoted Pisciotta to Chief of Staff for his companies, offering a $4 million salary. However, in October 2022, she was fired and offered $3 million in severance pay, which she claims was never paid. Pisciotta is now suing Kanye for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment.
This isn’t Kanye’s first brush with allegations of inappropriate behavior. In November 2022, a former Yeezy staffer accused West of showing intimate photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian to team members during meetings. An open letter from Yeezy employees to Adidas, which ended its partnership with Kanye over his hate speech, detailed other instances where Kanye played pornography during meetings and shared explicit content during job interviews.
In a particularly shocking incident, a young creative recalled Kanye showing him a revealing photo of Kim during a job interview. “My wife just sent me this,” Kanye allegedly said, displaying the explicit image. Another Yeezy employee confirmed seeing Kanye share an explicit video of Kim with the team.
Amid these controversies, Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga severed ties with Kanye following his antisemitic comments. Kanye has previously admitted to a porn addiction, claiming it “destroyed” his family.
As this latest lawsuit unfolds, it adds to the growing list of troubling allegations against the controversial artist.
